Case Studies

Real Wisconsin businesses. Real before-and-afters.

Here's what actually shipped.

Build in progress

Lunar Light Awakening

A wellness and crystal shop in Schofield, Wisconsin. Stones, jewelry, herbal products, workshops, and practitioner services. A real local storefront with real foot traffic.

The before

They didn't own their own address. The whole business lived on a free website-builder subdomain, the kind with the builder's own ad bolted to the top of every page. The homepage greeted visitors by saying "welcome" three times in a row and not much else. To a search engine or an AI, this didn't read as a business. It read as a hobby page somebody made and forgot about.

When an AI gets asked "where can I buy crystals near Wausau," it pulls from businesses it can actually read and trust. Lunar Light wasn't one of them. They were invisible to the exact customers searching for what they sell.

What we did

First, the address. We moved them off the builder subdomain and onto lunarlightawakening.com, a real domain they own. That alone changes how every search and answer engine treats them.

Then the foundation. We rebuilt on a clean structure an AI can read. Now when something asks what the business is, it gets a straight answer: a wellness and crystal shop in Schofield WI, what they carry, what they offer, where to find them.

The proof

  • Before: a builder subdomain, a "welcome welcome welcome" homepage, no real description for an AI to pull.
  • After: a real owned domain and a clean description that tells an AI exactly what the business is, where it is, and what it sells.

Status: Foundation shipped. Full build continuing.

Linear Blocking Tools + Linear University

Auto body tools maker with polycarbonate sanding blocks, paint, bodywork supplies, real e-commerce, a real product line, and pro-shop buyers who need clear answers before they spend serious money.

A clean, machine-readable Shopify storefront. Structured product data, real reviews, clear guarantee, multiple authorized retailers. The kind of site AI can read and a stranger will trust with a $1,000 order.

Then we built Linear University. A live AI agent trained on the site's own content that answers customer questions the way the owner would. This is the part most businesses won't have for years. They have it now.

Your Love From Within

Live client site: yourlovefromwithin.com.

Built the search and AI-readability foundation: crawler-access files, canonical and metadata cleanup, structured data, homepage fallback content, and a cleaner path for machines and people to understand the business.

Local build validation passed. Preview smoke confirmed the homepage, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt, canonical tags, and JSON-LD were present before production launch decisions.

Live, my own build

Parts Syndicate

I needed to prove the method works at real scale, so I built a marketplace. AI-powered car parts platform. A build like this runs $30-60K at most agencies. I built it with AbeL, and I run it. If you want to know whether this approach holds up under a real product, this is the answer.

Internal proof-of-method

Mission Control

Mission Control manages my AI operation: projects, tasks, time tracking, agent coordination, and the daily work of turning owner requests into shipped website improvements. It is the engine room behind the public delivery system.
